Shipping & Returns
We are currently shipping within Canada based on applicable laws. We are not shipping to any location outside of Canada at this time. If you have questions concerning whether your location is currently served, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your location and the products in which you are interested.
Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. We ship on Mondays or Thursdays of every week (excluding statutory holidays). The following forms of payment are currently accepted by Supreme Products: Visa and MasterCard.
Free shipping is offered on all orders of $150 or more before any applicable taxes or otherwise noted. All shipping is provided by Canada Post. We cannot be held responsible for any Canada Post shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note we do not offer full refunds or exchanges for online purchases. If you receive a product that is damaged, please let us know within 5 days and a case will be opened for investigation. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be provided where appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. Supreme Products reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation to be issued (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.
